CERTIFICATION <br /> Frank Svoboda flagged the above-described wetlands on 9/09/14 and field data was collected by <br /> David Remucal on 9/13/2014. This delineation was performed according to the procedures <br /> described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the <br /> 2010 Midwest Region Supplement Wetland Delineation Manual.
