All land alteration in excess of 500 cubic yards <br /> requires a conditional use permit(CUP)approval by the Orono City Council. The CUP process will <br /> normally take up to 60 days from the time a complete application is received by the City. The CUP <br /> process requires a public hearin� with the Planning Commission and revie��- by the City Council. � <br /> A complete application will require the following: <br /> ❑ Completed CUP Application form and payment of$250 application fee <br /> ❑ Completion of Data Privacy Advisory Form (included in the packet provided) <br /> a 4 full sized, and 1 reduced to 11" X 17", grading and drainage plan indicating where any <br /> changes in grade or drainage are proposed. The plans are required to be completed by a <br /> registered surveyor/engineer. <br /> a Certified property owners list of all properties within 350' of your property. This list can be <br /> provided to you by contactin� the Hennepin County Dept. of Finance at (612) 348-5910. <br /> The list is used to notify adjacent property owners of the public hearin�. <br /> I have included a CUP application packet with this letter.
