I am sure you have plenty of other work to do, but I <br /> would like to have someone look at this "as-built" survey to make sure we are good. Is it possible for you to do that? <br /> I attached the "as-built" survey per the City of Orono inspections card. I do want to note that the highlighted foundation <br /> walls were increased in height by 12", but this will not affect the overall building height due to the fact that I changed <br /> the floor trusses in those areas to mid chord bearing—See detail on the attached drawing. The reason I increased the <br /> foundation wall height in those locations was to accommodate a waterproofed and insulated concrete wall for the soil <br /> to be against vs treated plywood. This will give us a better drainage in those areas of the house. <br /> Mark Gronberg will make (2) full sized copies and get them to you in the next day or so.
