I know this may be
hard to explain, but I think you may be a bit familiar with the these, since we went through a lot of preplanning and city
approval this spring.
4555 Bayside Road is Lot 1 Bayside Berry Farm. It is the lot we had planned on moving the existing house from Lot
2. We had gone through the procedure of getting the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's approval and went pretty
far with getting the building permit before the home owners decided not to go through with the project and just tear
down the existing house.
Although they are not building on the lot, they do want to prepare it for selling. They have taken trees down in the area
where an approach would be and now would like to proceed with installing an approach from County Rd 84 (Bayside
Rd). I would like to know, since we have already been approved by the MCWD and the preliminary approval of the city,
if we are required to pull a permit for the approach. I noticed on the website that there could be a couple possible
forms and just wanted to make sure I take care of those.
i
