A complete application was <br /> received February 10, 2015. A wetland boundaiy and type decision for the properly was made on <br /> November 20,2014(WCA Boundary&Type Application W14-43). <br /> The applicant proposes to relocate a house fi•om 4565 Bayside Rd to 4555 Bayside Rd.The proposed <br /> route to relocate the house traverses a Type 2 Wetland. The applicant proposes to move the house <br /> during frozen conditions and will not be utilizing fill or temporary mats to traverse the wetland.The <br /> proposed project will be completed in one day. <br /> MCWD found that the activities described in the application meet No-Loss criteria described in MN <br /> Rules 8420.0415 Subp A(an activity that will not impact a wetland) and is hereby approved.
