CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7253 <br />A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES <br />WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.14, subd. 3 (d) requires that precinct boundaries must be <br />reestablished within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks before the <br />state primary election, whichever comes first; <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono, County of <br />Hennepin, State of Minnesota hereby reestablishes the boundaries of the voting precincts and polling <br />places as follows; and as shown on Exhibit A: <br />Precinct 1 Long Lake Fire Station, 340 Willow Drive North, Orono, MN 55356 <br />That part of the city lying south of Watertown Road; and lying east of Old Crystal Bay <br />Road; and lying south of Wayzata Boulevard following the Long Lake, Minnesota <br />border; and lying south of Highway 12; and including the all properties on Big Island. <br />That part of the city lying north and east of Crystal Bay, Lake Minnetonka; lying east of <br />the Hendrickson Bridge and North Arm Bay, Lake Minnetonka; and lying generally north <br />of Bayside Road, following the boundaries of the Westonka School District 277. <br />Precinct 2 Orono Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway, Orono, MN 55356 <br />That part of the city lying north of Watertown Road; west of Old Crystal Bay Road; north <br />of Wayzata Boulevard and all Orono, Minnesota properties lying north and east of the <br />City of Long Lake, Minnesota border; and north of Highway 12. <br />Precinct 3 Calvary Memorial Church, 2420 Dunwoody Avenue, Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />That part of the city lying west of the Narrows Bridge; lying south and west of Crystal <br />Bay, Lake Minnetonka; lying west of the Hendrickson Bridge and North Arm Bay, Lake <br />Minnetonka; and lying generally south of Bayside Road.
