MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, February 28, 2022 <br />6:00 o’clock p.m. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />The Orono City Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br />Dennis Walsh, City Council Members Matt Johnson, Richard Crosby III, and Victoria Seals. Council <br />Member Aaron Printup was absent. Representing Staff were City Attorney Soren Mattick, City <br />Administrator/Engineer Adam Edwards, Public Works Superintendent David Goman, Finance Director <br />Ron Olson, and Community Development Director Jeremy Barnhart. <br /> <br />Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN OF OFFICERS <br />Mayor Walsh stated there is nothing that it is an honor than to have a room full of blue, noting the City <br />proudly flies the blue line flag outside, as well as the red line flag, and the public works flag. They are <br />blessed to have Chief Farniok, and the City fully supports the police department and are honored to give <br />the Oath of Office. <br /> <br />Mayor Walsh led Tim Wessels in the Oath of Office for Police Officers. <br /> <br />Member Crosby led Colin Hennessy in the Oath of Office for Police Officers. <br /> <br />Member Johnson led Trent Wiebusch in the Oath of Office for Police Officers. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1.
