effect when deciding on the proposed replat of Hartzell Addition. In the event that the proposed <br />Replat occurs, we believe there must be something in writing establishing the set-back rules so this <br />anomaly in the laws cannot be taken advantage of. This could be done by requiring a deed <br />restriction or making the replat approval subject to establishing set back requirements based on the <br />property before the homes are taken down. <br /> <br />We have discussed our concerns with Sven from Stonewood Homes. We have a meeting at <br />his office with the potential homeowners on Friday 4/15. We want to be good neighbors and we <br />want the new owners to enjoy the Casco Point neighborhood as much as we have for the last 18 <br />years. Sven has made indications that his proposed new homes set-back would be in line with the <br />current set-back lines. We need more than a handshake in this regard. We all know things could <br />change. Stonewood and/or new homeowners could change their mind and a new buyer/builder <br />could come in and take advantage of the Replat if approved. <br /> <br />Thank you for taking the time to review our concerns.
