Infringement of our view of the lake. New construction should not extend past (ie. towards <br />the lake) a theoretical line between the existing houses. <br />2. Drainage concerns. New construction should not be raised up to funnel drainage water <br />down towards our property (2975 Casco Pt. Rd.) The natural/existing grade of the adjacent lot <br />is below our property and should be maintained. <br />3. Height of a new house next to our property. The height of our existing roof line is slightly <br />below the house recently built on the adjacent lot north of our house (Oare’s).
