�o1Vo CITY OF ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL y��gxf o��G`fi NO. 7263 SH Exhibit A TRACT 1: Par 1: That part of Lot 1 lying West of a line drawn parallel with and 395 feet East of, measured at right angles to the East line of the West 1/2 of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 118,Range 23 and the same extended and lying North of the North line of Lot 2 and its Easterly extension; That part of Lot 2, lying North of the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1379; All in"Auditor's Subdivision No. 291, Hennepin County,Minnesota".
