The SWPPP plan on sheet 4 has been revised to include the training certification for the <br />designer. <br />2. A NPDES permit with the Minnesota PCA has been applied for and assigned an ID of <br />321916. <br />3. The Hennepin County entrance permit has been approved and forwarded to Jeremy at the <br />city. <br />4. The owner is working on the Maintenance Agreement with the city. <br />5. a&b. The final plat has been revised to add the additional drainage and utility <br />easements requested and they have been added to the sheet 2 grading plan. <br />6. It is understood that perimeter erosion control must be installed and inspected by the city <br />prior to any other work. <br />7. It is understood that protective fencing must be installed around the primary and alternate <br />septic sites prior to any construction work. <br />8. A traffic control plan will be provided by the contractor prior to construction for <br />connection to CSAR No. 6. <br />9. The connection of the existing driveway to the cul-de-sac has been shown on sheet 2 to <br />come in at right angles and a note added on maintaining access to the existing driveway. <br />10. Record plans will be submitted at the conclusion of the project. <br />
