Access to Lot 1 shall remain via an xisting driveway that serves the existing <br /> residence. <br /> 2. Access to Lot 2 shall be achieved via existing private drive along the east side <br /> of the property owned by the applican . Upon the sale of Lot 2, applicant shall <br /> grant an access easement in favor of t 2. Such access must be located at the <br /> extreme southeast corner and to exte d no further north than 25' in order to <br /> maintain a 20' separation setback fro the principal drainf'ield site. <br /> 3. The 30.4' x 18.4' barn on Lot 2 sha 1 be removed by Qctober 11, 1994 if a <br /> building permit has not been issued fo residential construction by that date. <br /> 4.
