Extra usage is <br /> certain to have a detrimental effect. If this apartment is in a <br /> basement, state law requires escape wi dows from bedrooms. These <br /> windows are required to be 5.7 square feet minimum opening with <br /> a maximum sill height of 44 inches. <br /> Therefore, the City must require you t abandon your plan to rent <br /> this space.
