This could be done by requiring a deed <br /> restriction or making the replat approval subject to establishing set back requirements based on the <br /> property before the homes are taken down. <br /> We have discussed our concerns with Sven from Stonewood Homes. We have a meeting at <br /> his office with the potential homeowners on Friday 4/15. We want to be good neighbors and we <br /> want the new owners to enjoy the Casco Point neighborhood as much as we have for the last 18 <br /> years. Sven has made indications that his proposed new homes set-back would be in line with the <br /> current set-back lines. We need more than a handshake in this regard. We all know things could <br /> change.
