NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Ciry of Orono hereby approves the plat of Johnson Wheeler lst Ad ition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the folIowin� conditions: � 1. Access to Lot 1 shall remain via an existing driveway that serves the esistin� residence. 2. Access to Lot 2 shall be achieved via�existing private drive alon; the east side of the property owned by the applic t. Upon the sale of Lot 2, applicant shall - grant an access easement in favor of Lot 2.
