According <br /> to the City of Orono's code, a soil invest gation must be completed before <br /> starting construction. The soil investiga ion shall determine ttie soil <br /> prcfile to a depth of at least 8 ft. in tw locations in the primary drainfield <br /> area and in one location in the alternate rea. In addition, 4 percolation <br /> tests must be performed in the primary dra nfield area, and at least 2 percola- <br /> tion tests in the alternate area. <br /> A preliminary soil investigation and orresponding percolation tests <br /> were conducted at this site by GA1E Consult nts, Inc. to determine the general <br /> geology and feasibility in developing t�is site.
