There is no permit for a fence, but it does have to meet code. When you are ready to replace the fence, please document <br />what you currently have and send a picture directly to me, so the City has that documentation. I know you <br />mentioned maybe wanting to go higher with the replacement fence, but you would have to prove practical <br />difficulties. I attached that worksheet to this email for you.
