(hereinafter "the subdividers") of <br /> property located at 4355 Bayside Road and legally desc 'bed in the survey attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> A (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdividers have com leted all requirements of the City for a 2-lot <br /> metes and bounds Class I subdivision of the property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES VED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the 2-lot metes and bounds Cl s I subdivision for the subdividers as shown <br /> on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg,a lic nsed surveyor of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc.; <br /> dated August 19, 1997,revised October 6, 1997 and a ched to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject <br /> to the foll�w�ina conditions: <br /> 1. The subdividers shall grant Conservat on and Flowage Easements to the City over <br /> the wetlands shown on the attached s rvey. The subdividers shall provide legal <br /> descriptions for said easements. <br /> 2. The subdividers shall grant to Henne in County a 66' road, drainage and utility <br /> easement over the portions of County R ad 84(Bayside Road)shown on the attached <br /> survey.
