I removed <br />the radio read meter & put back into place your same meter. <br />At the time that the meter was incorrectly taken out the reading was 2601, and on October 11, <br />2011 the meter reading was 3025, that is a difference of 424,000 gallons and 12 more days added <br />to the end of quarter. <br />As you can see on the attached worlcsheet I used the same gallons pel• quarter that you used back <br />in 2008 & 2009, with a couple changes to come to a total of 424,000 gallons. The billing is <br />using the current fee from the rate tables for 2010 & 2011 and a difference of $ 628.71 that will <br />be credited to your account. <br />Once again I apologize for this error in the meter readings and I hope that this clears up the <br />confusion in the billing.
