No principal or accessory structure shall be located closer to the lakeshore than the average <br /> distance fro��shoreline of existin�r�idence buildings on adjacent lots;except that this does not apply to stairways,lifts,landings <br /> and lockboxes. Further,the average lakeshore setback shall apply only to classified lakes and shall not apply to tributaries. The <br /> average lakeshare setback line shall be a straight line connecting the most lakeward protrusions of the residence buildings on the <br /> immediately adjacent lakeshore lots. <br /> a. Considering the size of this <br /> parcel as well as the distance from the building site to the wetland area, would a wetland delineation still be <br /> necessary? Some of the other cities I've worked with have the option of having a city specialist come on site (for <br /> a small fee) and determine that the wetlands are sufficiently far from the building area that a wetland delineation <br /> 3 <br />
