This application was reviewed as Zoning File#1 -3726. <br /> � <br /> 2. The Sylvester Property contains 7.14 acres i total area currently contains a single E <br /> family home and a tennis court. � <br /> � <br /> 3. The Greg White Property contains 21.27 total cres and contains a single family home � <br /> and detached garage. � <br /> t <br /> 4. The Steve White Property contains 21.54 total cres and contains a single family home � <br /> and barn. <br /> 5. The properties are served by private wells and c nforming private septic systems. � <br /> 6. This application contemplates a lot line rearrang ment to transfer the following: � <br /> a. A 4.61 acre portion of the Greg White roperty to the Sylvester Property. The i <br /> 4.61 acre portion of property to be transf rred contains no improvements; and k <br /> b. A 7.06 acre portion of the Greg White roperty to the Steven White Property. <br /> The 7.06 acre portion of property to be tr nsferred contains no improvements. <br /> � <br /> 7. Following the lot line rearrangement the Sylve ter Property will contain 11.75 acres in � <br /> area; the Greg White Property will contain 9.6 acres; and the Steven White Property € <br /> will contain 29.6 acres in area. � <br /> � <br /> 8. The lot line rearrangement will not result in the c eation of a nonconformity. � <br /> � <br /> 9. The portions of the Greg White Property to be t ansferred to the Sylvester Property and � <br /> Steven White Property are not intended to be st ndalone building lots.
