Hi There. • <br /> Here are the plans for the proposed variance <br /> The homeowner wants to add storage on their property near the pool. <br /> It will serve as storage for their pool/lake equipment (canoes, paddle boards, life <br /> jackets, boat buoys, etc) and also have a bonus deck on top. <br /> The storage space will be enclosed with block walls where the dirt is, concrete <br /> slab, rubber roof, foundation footings. <br /> The project will not bring the deck closer to the lake, only closer to the side lot <br /> line. <br /> There is plenty of room for the setback on the side of the house. <br /> Completing this project will help keep the property clean and help with the appeal <br /> of the neighborhood. <br /> Julie and Travis (the homeowners) are close friends with the neighbors and the <br /> neighbors have told them they do not have any issues with the project being <br /> completed. <br /> It does not block anyone's view. <br /> Thank you for your time. <br /> III <br /> • <br />
