DECLARATION OF RESTRI TIVE COVENANT <br /> FOR PROTECTION OF SEWAG TREATMENT SITES <br /> THIS DECLARATION is made and entered into this 22 day of <br /> �u, u$t , 2013, by the and ERVIN A. WAC MAN JR. AND MICHELLE MARIE <br /> WAC AN, husband and wife, ("Owners") whose ddress is 2135 Salem Court, Long Lake, <br /> Minnesota 55356, do hereby expressly covenant an agree to protect the approved sewage <br /> treatment sites on the real property in Hennepin Count , Minnesota, legally described on Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto, as follows: <br /> Each lot within the property has two Orono-ap roved sewage treatment sites. To protect <br /> these important sites from inadvertent damage or des ruction, no owner shall permit any cars, <br /> trucks, or earth moving equipment to enter upon the lo of any other owners. Additionally, no lot <br /> owner shall construct any driveway, erect any buildin , or permit any earth moving equipment <br /> on that owner's lot without first: <br /> 1. Erecting a clearly visible fence during constru tion twenty feet from the boundary of its <br /> sewage treatment sites along that part of the ite that is between the site and all areas <br /> which are accessible to earth moving equipmen ; and <br /> 2.
