It is DOT certified and completely
operational and in great working order.
This truck is currently on site, sitting next to the previous tank and trailer setup and will be moved into the same
position as agreed for the trailer.
Although it is DOT certified, we intend to keep it on site and have it filled by truck, the same as planed with the
stationary mobile solution as discussed.
We still hope to be open by Monday afternoon and based on the list of requirements, I think we need just the
containment Boom and absorbent pads and no smoking signs, along with operation and spill training in order to
be up and running. Jim, can we still meet on site, for this training as planned and will you still bring the
required spill kit?
I can meet you on site at 10:00 AM if necessary as I would like to get fuel delivered early afternoon.
Please let me know if you would like to meet to finalize the permit. I am not sure a permit is still required with
this solution, however I am available for questions and discussion at any time.
Sincerely,
Luke Kujawa
Your Boat Club
c612.865.8879
1
