In the event of a spill larger than 2 gallons, the first step is to immediately deploy <br /> spill kit absorbent materials. All staff members must deploy boom, floating boom <br /> and absorbent pads to contain spill. <br /> All spills over to gallons will immediately be reported to: <br /> Long Lake Fire Department Call 911 <br /> MN Petroleum 763.780.5191 <br /> Facility Inspections <br /> The fuel pumps, hose, reel, nozzle and tank are inspected daily. <br /> The site plan and SPCC plan will be inspected annually for permitting process <br /> Record Keeping <br /> Record keeping procedures consist of maintaining all records a minimum of three <br /> years.
