PERIOD OW VALIDITY AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: This <br /> approval does not provide relief from any requirements of <br /> the Hazardous Materials Regulations except as stated <br /> herein. This approval is valid until the stated expiration <br /> date or unless terminated by the Associate Administrator <br /> for Hazardous Materials Safety. <br /> a. Applicability: <br /> This approval authorizes Western to manufacture, mark, and <br /> sell its 3000 Liter maximum capacity UN 31A IBC's based on <br /> testing that was performed on a 3450 Liter capacity IBC. <br /> The authority of this approval applies solely to the <br /> EXG3000 IBC MKII design submitted with Western's <br /> application and identified with drawing number 3000-001. <br /> 6.
