RIVERS are occupying, as a principal <br /> resident, a building on the property owned by them and there is another residen-- <br /> tial unit on the adjacent parcel to the north. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono, alter reviewing all the facts presented at <br /> - varlous public hearings has concluded that the development of the property on <br /> c <br /> Browns flay with the dockage proposed and therezoning of all of the property <br /> owned on Browns Bay by JAMES P. RIVERS and 11ARY A.
