CITY OF ORONO ZONING FILE: 14-3666
2750 Kelley Parkway
P.O. The applicant
should consider withdrawing the current application and make application for a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
Applicant's Next Meeting:
The above Council direction/recommendations will be presented to the Planning Commission at
its regular meeting of Monday, July 21, 2014, 6:30 p.m. in the Orono Council Chambers. Prior
to that meeting, it would be appropriate for you to meet with City staff to discuss whether you
wish to withdraw the re-zoning application and apply for a Comp Plan Amendment.
If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City
Clerk after review and approval by the Council.
If you have questions please contact Mike Gaffron at mgaffron@ci.orono.mn.us or
952.249.4622.
