Council expressed a reluctance to move forward with an expansion <br /> until that issue has made significant progress. <br /> 2. Council needs time to understand and gain a comfort level with the parking issues. <br /> 3. Lack of ownership is an issue. <br /> 4. Show Tanager Lake slip layout. <br /> 5. Need better information before coming back to Council re NPDES permit. <br /> 6. Provide a scaled parking plan for the entire site including the commercial and residential <br /> properties, depicted on the site survey, showing the parking stall striping plan for both <br /> sides of Shoreline Drive. This needs to be prepared by the surveyor, not cut and pasted <br /> onto the survey. What we have is not to scale and not usable for review purposes. <br />
