Handicap parking stall signage and/or markings shall be re-established in appropriate <br /> location within the paved parking area. <br /> 7. Signage for the various uses will continue to be limited to that allowed by City Code for a <br /> commercial site. <br /> 8. The property owner shall ensure that lighting on land and on the docks is shielded to avoid <br /> future concerns of neighboring property owners. <br /> 9.
