Grantors shall not construct and naintain more than one <br /> (1) non-commercial slip on the Tanager Bay side 5or each <br /> of the residential units on Parcel A described herein <br /> and Grantors to naintain current commercial slips setback <br /> fon residential property adjoining Parcel D and not to <br /> further encroach onto the residential property described <br /> as Parcel A, herein. <br /> 5. Grantee agrees to rezone that portion of Parcels <br /> A and D described herein, lying easterly of the <br /> easterly right-of-way line of County Road 015 <br /> to Lakeshore tkmnercial 8-2, oonsistant with <br /> with the Rezoning Agreement dated October 27, <br /> 1980. <br /> 6. Grantors hereby grant to Grantee the right to enter <br /> upon the above described properties for the purposes <br /> of inspection and enforcement of the covenants obtained <br /> herein and to cause to be lawfully removed from these <br /> properties without any liability any structures, <br /> uses, materials and substances or unnatural material <br /> inconsistent with the covenants contained herein. <br /> 7. In addition to any other remedy that Grantee may have, <br /> the covenants and restrictions contained herein nay <br /> be enforced by injunction. Grantors Who are in <br /> possession of these properties shall pay to Grantee <br /> all expenses, including attorneys fees incurred by <br /> Grantee in enforcing the terms of this indenture. <br /> 8. Grantors do not intend that the public should have <br /> any interest in the above land by virtue of this <br /> indenture or otherwise, except as hereinabove set <br /> forth. <br /> 9. Consistent with the Agreements herein xr tained, <br /> Grantors understand that nothing herein limits <br /> Grantee or other regulatory bodies from regulat- <br /> ing the future use of this property described <br /> herein pursuant to legally applicable and enforce- <br /> able g verrm sntal regulations. <br /> 10.
