In review of that change, staff took copies` of the proposed site <br /> •, plan and compared them to platting maps. We then took the 1974 legal <br /> ,V • desscrinti.ons for the B-2 zone. and marked them on the plat maps and <br /> #: a• #, the site plan At that point, it 'as apparent that• the proposed <br /> (,..,...,.,w,•• docks would have extiznded beyond t{.‘: legally described zoning district <br /> '` ^� k "., boundary. In addit.'�it,n, some of the existing dockage did not conform is <br /> to LMCD' s required . .dc setbacks. <br /> Resolution No. 102'! was adopted granting the 1979 license based upon <br /> i1 ='•t � ' the previous year' s dock arrangement but denying those slips encroaching <br /> ``:-:` � . beyond the I3-2 lire.
