C. Excavation or filling or material alteratio of grade, including changes to the size,
<br /> depth or contour of the wetland; dredgin , mining or removal of earth, loam, peat,
<br /> gravel, soil or any other natural material.
<br /> D. Free roaming of domestic animals (i.e., h rses, sheep, chickens, etc.).
<br /> E. The deposit of waste, yard waste, or debr s.
<br /> F. Activity detrimental to the screening of t e neighboring properties.
<br /> G. Application of fertilizers, whether natura or chemical.
<br /> H. Application of chemicals for the destruct on or retardation of vegetation.
<br /> L The application of herbicides, pesticid s, and insecticides, except for noxious
<br /> weed control by or as directed by a gove ental agency.
<br /> J. Outside storage of any kind.
<br /> K. Activity detrimental to the preservatio of the scenic beauty, vegetation, and
<br /> wildlife.
<br /> 3. That the following are prohibited in perpetuity thin the conservation easement, except by
<br /> consent of the City:
<br /> A. Constructing, installing, or maintaining ything made by man, including but not
<br /> limited to buildings, structures, walkw s, fences, fireplaces, clothes line poles,
<br /> playground equipment, roads or hardco er of any nature whatsoever, except: 1)
<br /> feeders, bird houses, and other devices intended to foster wildlife; 2) retaining
<br /> walls when allowed by City ordinance nd under a valid City permit. Creation
<br /> and maintenance of non-hardcover walk ng paths may be allowed.
<br /> B. Cutting, mowing or removing, shrubs or other vegetation, and cutting or removing
<br /> trees greater than four inches in diamet r or clear cutting, except for tree disease
<br /> control by or as directed by a goverrun ntal agency and except by special permit
<br /> for maintenance or as part of an approv d vegetation management plan. Grantors
<br /> may remove brush, buckthorn, disease or dead trees of any size, and noxious
<br /> weeds.
