� o� <br /> O,�sa�,\. _ o CI � �f ��.�-1�� <br /> �a.�� <br /> � ���"l, �'�. � RESOL TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � �� �°� <br /> � �� � rv . 63n1 <br /> ��q�.�o�:��G <br /> ESH <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVIN THE PLaT OF <br /> BAYSIDE MEAD WS <br /> FILE #13-360 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a mu icipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulati ns for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, 2013 the City ouncil considered the application by the <br /> developers Ervin Anthony Wachman Jr. and Mich Ile Marie Wachman, a married couple <br /> (hereinafter the "Owners") for subdivision af prope y i�entified as PID 06-117-23-22-0012; <br /> 06-117-23-22-0014; and 06-117-23-22-0018 and leg Ily described as Out(ots B, D, and C, <br /> except the North 123 feet of the West 148.5 feet of Outlot C, Bayview Farms 2"d Acidition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Propert "); and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 11, 2013, the Cty Council adopted Resolution No. 6209 <br /> granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed s bdivision of the Property into five single <br /> family residential lots, including a private road outlot; a d <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners have complet d or have agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the p{atting regulations of the City incl ding: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preli inary Plat Resolution No. 6209. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility asements as required in Resolution No. <br /> 62Q9. <br /> 3. Platting of a private road outlot 50 feet in widt designated on the plat as Outlot A, and <br /> granting to the City of a Road, Drainage and Utility Easement as well as estabfishing <br /> covenants for maintenance of said private road <br /> 4. Dedication of all Tree Preservation; Conse ation; and Wetland and Wetland Buffer <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 6209 <br /> 5. Dedication of a Public Trail Easement over the northerly 10 feet of Outlot A. <br /> 6.
