The City is requesting an engineering <br /> review of the boulder retaining walls be conducted. <br /> DESCRIPTION <br /> Two different walls were constructed at the address n ted. A tiered boulder wall was <br /> approximately 135 feet long that is 4 feet tall, steps b ck 3.5 feet, and extends upward another <br /> 4 feet. The second wall in question is approximately 5 5 feet tall. It is reported that the second <br /> wall will be re-graded to a height below 4 feet and thu will not require engineering and <br /> excluded from the scope of this report. <br />
