Alan Olson, City Planner, noted that only <br /> one entrance should be allowed and that the turn <br /> around should be on Mr. Stewart's property. He <br /> also felt that the County would also limit the <br /> number of exits when Mr. Stewart applied for the <br /> permit for the curb cut. <br /> Hassel moved to approve the variance due to the <br /> hardship of the existing dangerous driveway <br /> location as it is the only reasonable location <br /> for the addition. Vote: Ayes (5) , Nays (0) , <br /> Abstained .(1) . Hannah abstained as Mr. Stewart <br /> is his next-door neighbor. <br /> Mr. Chapman and Mr. Moore were present. Major " KEN CHAPMAN <br /> discussion was regarding the lot being divided 2695 Shadywood Road <br /> with a front and rear lot instead of the side by SUBDIVISION <br /> side as presented. The existing house will be Sketch Plan Review <br /> moved.
