Kenneth 0. Chapman- and Patricia E. Chapman formerly owned <br /> a parcel of real estate ( hereinafter referred to as "Original <br /> Parcel " ) which Original Parcel is now subdivided into two lots as <br /> set forth on Exhibit A which are legally described as : <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Chapman Addition (hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Letendre Parcel" ) and <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Chapman Addition (hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Chapman Parcel " ) . <br /> 2. On October 10 , 1978 and November 13, 1978 , Orono ' s <br /> Planning Commission considered a two-lot subdivision request <br /> concerning the Original Parcel and conceptually approved a <br /> horizontal division of the Original Parcel with only the Chapman <br /> Parcel having riparian rights . The minutes of these meetings are <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />
