Co. , MN <br /> This system is Designed for a Type 1, �our bedroom home and in accordance <br /> with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agenc Chapter 7080 and local <br /> ordinances . <br /> The soils on this site are typical of SCS oils mapped -, KkC2 - Kilkenny <br /> clay loam. A seasonally high water table as located at 12" , 14" , 16" <br /> & 18" , (mottled soil ) . Due to the seasona ly high water table , a <br /> � pressurized mound system will need to be i stalled. The bottom of the <br /> rock bed must be located at least 3 ' above the seasonally high water <br /> table. <br /> The soils at a depth of 18" have a percola ion rate aver.aging 45 . 6 <br /> min/inch and are adequate for treating sep ic effluent. <br /> A pumping chamber will need to be installe to lift the effluent to the <br /> treatment area. <br /> The manifold and supply line pipe must hav back drainage to the pumping <br /> chamber. The distribution pipes shall hav their ends capped. Be sure <br /> the rock and sand fill material are clean. The sod layer below the <br /> entire mounded area must be turned over, j st break up the sod, be sure <br /> not to over work. <br /> The power supply and switches must be loca �ed outside the manhole and <br /> pumping chamber in a weather proof enclosu e. A warn�ing device must be <br /> installed with a light and sound device, t is is in case of a pump failure. <br /> (Mercury floats are a goo.d method) . � <br /> �All neighboring wells are located more tha 100 ' away from the proposed <br /> treatment area. <br /> Keep all heavy equipment off of the prop.os d treatment area before and <br /> after construction as mueh as possible.
