The purpose of this action item is to provide City Council a summary of the department <br />performance for 2021. <br /> <br />2. Background. The City Council directed the City Administrator to provide a report on the <br />performance of the various staff departments. To meet this requirement staff undertook the preparation of <br />an annual report. The report is based on reports done by other cities and the annual report the police <br />department prepares. <br /> <br />3. Action. The city administrator will provide a summary briefing of the draft report.
