This application is regarding setback variances and an encroachment agreement to support <br />additions to the existing home within the front setback. <br />2.MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The 60-Day review period will expire on March 2, 2022. <br />3.Background/ Summary. The City Council reviewed this application on January 10th and directed staff to <br />draft an approval resolution addressing the setback variances requested for Council’s approval. Staff was also <br />directed to prepare an encroachment agreement to address the non-building improvements within the right-of- <br />way. Both documents are attached. <br />4.Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTIONS REQUESTED <br />1. Council should make a motion to adopt Resolution No. 7246; and <br />2.
