The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to accept a donation from Richard and <br />Katherine Toppin. <br /> <br />2. Background. The Police Department has received a $250.00 donation from Richard and Katherine <br />Toppin. The donation is in appreciation for the police officers and all they do to keep the city and citizens <br />safe. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
