<br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />LEGAL REVIEW QUOTATION SHEET <br />Legal Review Fees <br />Legal Review of your Code of Ordinances1 $8,4002 <br />❑ Teleconference or web-based conference with a Municode attorney, per hour $150 <br /> <br />Payments for Legal Review: <br />• Upon Execution of Agreement $4,200 <br />• Upon Delivery of Legal Memorandum Balance <br /> <br />This proposal shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date appearing below unless <br />signed and authorized by Municode and the City of Orono, MN. Municode shall not be responsible for <br />the legal sufficiency or copyright infringement of any material initially or subsequently published. <br /> <br />The City of Orono, MN understands that Municode is a wholly owned subsidiary of CivicPlus, LLC <br />("Parent Entity"). At any time during the Term of this Agreement, Municode may assign its rights and <br />obligations under this Agreement to the Parent Entity, upon giving written notice to the City. In the event <br />of such assignment by Municode, the Parent Entity shall be the sole performing party under this <br />Agreement to the same extent as Municode prior to making such assignment. <br /> <br /> <br />Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and end upon <br />completion of the Legal Review process.
