We are of the opinion that this public/private partnership will benefit Orono (good quality spur <br />streets) as well as the specific citizens that live on the spur streets. We will not be forced to <br />compromise the quality of street maintenance because of budget constraints. <br /> <br />I am copying in Mayor Walsh as I have had a preliminary discussion with him in this matter.
