And,since the County6 road construction cannot be delayed,we <br /> would lice to stockpile this excess dirt at these locations. <br /> The proposed fill areas are not buildable lots. On Bob Gehrman's property we will be hauling to Outlot B <br /> which is a pasture and Jim Johnson's property has already failed perc testing and cannot be developed. <br /> I hope the City of Orono will consider the unique circumstances,the availability of excess dirt right next to <br /> property owners who need and want this fill,the tight time restrictions of the road construction and allow <br /> us to stockpile the dirt for these property owners. <br /> Patrick Brazil <br /> Busse Construction,Inc. <br /> An Equal Opportunity Employer-Contractor <br />
