Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Planning Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Staff supports the text amendment to permit rowing clubs and the construction of the boathouse <br /> building to be used by the LLRC and the public. Staff is challenged with the need for variances for hardcover <br /> within the 75-foot lake setback. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the text amendment allowing for a rowing club as a conditional use. Staff <br /> further recommends approval of the Conditional Use permit subject to the following: <br /> 1. Approval of a use/license agreement between the City and Long Lake Rowing Club. <br /> 2.
