inspections required for Chapter Two Land Use Management <br />enforcement. <br />Perform all construction inspections required to enforce Chapter <br />Two Land Use Management provision of the City Code, conditions <br />required by the City Council as part of granting a variance or <br />conditional use permit and to assure that the building and other <br />uses including but not limited to landscaping, placement of fences <br />and walls. <br />Perform all demolition inspections and approve all demolition <br />permits as required by the City Ordinance and Performance <br />Agreement. <br />Provide inspection reports and other information for permanent <br />records kept by Minnetonka Beach. <br />Perform inspections and on-site enforcement related to Chapter <br />Two of the City Code of Ordinances entitled Land Use <br />Management—Zoning Ordinance violations. The City to provide <br />follow-up enforcement. <br />Provided that the City is responsible for all notifications and <br />follow-up, assist with enforcing provisions of Performance <br />Agreements. <br />Consult with the City Administrator, Planning and Zoning <br />Administrator, City Attorney, Public Works Director and <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District as deemed necessary by the <br />Building Official. <br />Assist in all Building Code, Zoning Ordinance and Performance <br />Agreement violations, civil actions, and prosecutions with the <br />Orono Building Official's time, records, and expert information. <br />Provide general Building Code information to citizens of <br />Minnetonka Beach on the same basis as provided the citizens of <br />Orono. <br />Provide other inspection services or technical recommendations to <br />the City Staff and City Council related to Building Code matters, <br />as may from time to time be requested by Minnetonka Beach. <br />The Building Official of Orono will work with Minnetonka <br />Beach's Fire Marshal and where appropriate the Minnetonka <br />Beach City Administrator, Public Works Director, Planning and <br />Zoning Administrator and Minnehaha Creek Watershed District on <br />all pre-construction, construction and violations as part of the <br />regular service in addition to other inspection services such as <br />hazardous building services. These services shall be billed at the <br />normal inspection rate set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement. <br />At the discretion of the Building Official,require corrections to the <br />work being performed andl or to stop work that is being done in <br />violation of the building code, zoning ordinance, performance <br />agreement or resolutions of the City Council. <br />Once an "as built" site plan in the form prescribed and as required <br />by the performance agreement, including but not limited to
