The Property is located in the RR-1B Zoning District. <br /> <br />4. The Property contains 5.85 acres in area. <br /> <br />5. Municipal Buildings and City owned public service structures are permitted uses in the <br />RR-1B zoning district. <br /> <br />6. The additional MUSA property does reduce the city’s overall sewered density, though not <br />below 3.0 units per acre. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />I.
