As part of the <br />project the applicant would like to expand the existing rooftop deck to the edge of the building. <br />The improvement includes black coated aluminum railing with cables, see exhibit D. Due to the <br />location of the existing home, rear and side street setback variances are requested. <br /> <br />Practical Difficulties Analysis <br />Applicant Submittal Information: The applicant has <br />identified the lot’s size, the lack of outdoor living space, <br />and the existing structure size as practical difficulties <br />supporting the requested variances.
