This application is regarding a conditional use permit (CUP) to install a full bathroom <br />in an accessory building. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on January 7, 2021 and <br />considered to be complete on January 29th. Therefore the 60-Day review period expires on March <br />30, 2021. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The applicant is proposing installation of full bathroom facilities in a <br />proposed 884 square foot pool house building. A conditional use permit is required due to the <br />proposed shower. Note, an administrative boundary line adjustment is in process which will add a <br />1.5 acre piece of 2600 Sixth Avenue to the 1150 Pine View property. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On February 16th, the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 7 to 0 on a motion <br />to approve the requested CUP conditioned upon the standard code-required covenants. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the neighbors were received regarding the proposal. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval subject to the owners signing the <br />appropriate covenant. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt or amend the approval resolution. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
