This application is regarding a conditional use permit for plumbing in an accessory <br />building. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on August 20, and considered <br />to be complete on September 23rd. Therefore the 60-Day review period expires on November 22, <br />2020. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The applicant wishes to install full bathroom facilities in a 630 square <br />foot pool house building to be on the property. A conditional use permit is required due to the <br />proposed shower. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On October 19th, the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 6 to 0 on a motion <br />to approve the requested CUP for plumbing. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the public were received. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
